Personal health is why I started Abundant Health ltd in 1998. From the start I wanted to be comitted to accurate health information and the highest quality natural health products.
Our Story:
When I was in my late 20's I suffered from chronic faigue syndrome which lasted for 15 years in which time I tried a wide range of medical and alternative treatments with little success. In my forties I came into contact with some world leaders in nutritional medicine and discovered that illnesses generally create an additional need for a range of nutrients and in my case antioxidants, trace minerals and a number of other co-factors. I have come to understand that the health of our body is completely determined by the health of our trillions of cells and adding appropriate nutrients can help normalise cell function and allow our natural healing processes to oporate at their full potential.
